After years working in the corporate and agency worlds in Washington, DC, Lee Huber opened Cinch Design in 2005. Working with a variety of clients and partners, we built Cinch Design into a small but adroit design shop with a roster of great clients. In 2006, we packed up shop and headed for Montana to see if we could combine quality of life with quality of work.
We specialize in graphic design and marketing services for print, tradeshow/event, staging, branding/logo, social media and web design.
We are pleased to say it can work. And thankful to all of the people who have helped make it possible. We’ve been lucky to work on so many great projects with so many fantastic clients.
Since relocating we’ve kept our hands in work back east while developing new areas of business here. We are particularly proud of our work with the labor community, and developing ties with the folks working to keep our lands wild here in Montana, and our watersheds healthy and vibrant.
We are also proud of being a founding member of the Excellence in Non-Profit Communication (ENC) program in Helena, MT. A yearly partnership by a handful of local businesses to design and implement a comprehensive communication strategy and campaign for a local non-profit. Our first awardee was Helena Food Share, a local non-profit striving to end hunger in Helena. The initial results led to increased donations, visibility and a more cohesive marketing and communication strategy that the groups still uses today.
“This program has helped us tremendously by expanding relationships with businesses in the community, providing our board and staff with a clear message that they feel passionate about and comfortable with sharing. The new materials and clear messaging has resulted in new sponsors for our Mardi Gras event and general support of the organization.” –Ann Waikman, Executive Director
